Payment activation

After completing payment through UPay, select "I Have Paid" and sign in using the same email address connected to your Shine Adventure account.

Your payment will be submitted for confirmation. Access is activated after the payment has been reviewed and approved.

We aim to confirm payments within 24 hours on business days. Payments submitted during weekends or public holidays may take longer.

The first mission unlocks after your payment has been reviewed and your account has been activated.

If you have paid but your access has not been activated after 24 business hours, contact Parent Support and include:

  • The parent's name
  • The account email
  • The payment date
  • The UPay payment reference or receipt

Support response time

We aim to respond to support requests within two business days.

Requests involving payments, account access, or technical investigation may take longer, but we will keep you informed while we review the issue.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays in Kuwait.
