The product

Shine Adventure: Foundations is a digital early-reading programme offered for a one-time payment of 45 KWD. The purchase provides the registered parent account with lifetime access to the Foundations version of the programme. There is no recurring subscription fee and no automatic renewal.

Refund request window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

Because Shine Adventure: Foundations is a digital educational product with immediate access to learning content, refund eligibility may depend on how much of the programme has already been accessed or completed.

Refunds will normally be approved when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You paid successfully but did not receive access.
  • A technical problem prevents you from using the programme and we are unable to resolve it.
  • You request cancellation within 14 calendar days and the programme has not been substantially used.

Refund requests made after substantial use of the programme may be declined, except where required by applicable law.

Refund method and processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever this is technically available.

After a refund is approved, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on UPay, your bank, or your card provider.

We will confirm by email when the refund request has been approved and submitted for processing.

How to request a refund

Contact Parent Support from the email address on your account and include the parent's name, the account email, the payment date, and the UPay payment reference or receipt.
